About Dr. Martin
A letter from Dr. Martin

It has taken longer than I would have liked, but I've reached a point where I no longer suffer through the problems that everyday dentists suffer through. I now take 10 weeks off per year (and sometimes more.) I regularly take two cruises a year with my wife and family to the Caribbean, Hawaii and Europe. I have a wife of 27 years and 5 children- that keeps me busy

I have taken TWO YEARS off -21 months to be exact -- to do some things I always wanted to do, while my practice motored along without me because of the systems of operation I set up.

Now, don't get me wrong, I do work. It is just that I don't suffer through the stress of not knowing what to do or how to do it. The daily struggle is gone. I can get all the new patients I need, but I don't need a horde of 'em because of my high case presentation success. I don't see a slew of patients every day. Often it is just one or two for the entire day. I average over one thousand dollars per hour when I am in patient treatment.

I really enjoy my days of practice because I have trained my patients to appreciate what I do for them. I have a staff that are dedicated and committed to taking care of my patients and me, again because I have trained them why they should. Personnel used to drive me crazy, but not anymore. Frankly, I have never enjoyed my practice more! I can show you how I have done it.

I am very good at what I do; but, certainly, few would consider me to be the best dentist that walks (frankly, I am not sure how that question would be settled.) I am a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, Diplomate of the Congress of Oral Implantologists and Fellow of the Academy of Dento-Facial Esthetics. I have spent close to 10,000 hours in training in clinical dentistry, leadership, management and marketing, thousands of those hours outside the field.

Why outside Dentistry? Because that where the answers were to the problems that vex and torment you as a dentist.

Had the answers been "inside that box of dentistry," you would have found them long ago.

I have gone "outside the box" of our proud profession so now you don't have to.

I really wasn't very good when I started out way back in 1979, but what young dentist is? I've learned, persisted and achieved my success by not listening to the limitations that others wanted to impose on me, but by training and evaluating the real truth about success in practice.

I have taught public speaking, sales, leadership, case presentation and communication. Over the past twenty years, I have consulted, coached and created programs for many different fields and professions: lawyers, accountants, painting contractors, a pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer, mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, a pest control company, internet technology consultants, networking marketing experts, physical therapists, management consultants, marketing consultants, building contractors, and website developers.

I have helped them grow and manage their businesses to extract all the available profit and discover their hidden, underutilized hard assets and underleveraged human capital. I have done the same for dental solo practitioners, group practices, implantologists and specialists in dentistry.

I have been a member of a mastermind coaching program outside of dentistry that has taught me the vast value of masterminding with a group of achievers. Members of that mastermind group encouraged me --no, challenged me- and demanded of me that I should create a mastermind group system for dentists.

I have added to it with leadership and coaching in a unique way to synergistically, geometrically expand the results far beyond anything else "out there."

That is why I'm so excited about this special leadership mastermind coaching program unlike any other in dentistry anywhere. By design, only a limited number of dentists are allowed in the group so each gets individual attention.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you soon.

Sincerely,
